Terms and Conditions

REN International | Terms and Conditions

Booking of seminars, courses, conferences and other events

Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between the party ordering seminars, courses, conferences and other events (hereinafter referred to as "event") and REN International. Any delegate's general terms and conditions that diverge herefrom shall have no legal force.

Registration / Confirmation of Registration

Registrations have to be made by e-mail or through the REN-Shop. Registration shall become legally binding when confirmed by us. Notification that registration has occurred shall not constitute confirmation. Any processing timescales referred to shall not be binding.

Early Booking Discounts & Special Offers

Where a discounted price is offered for early booking the discount will only apply to bookings paid for by the date specified on the booking form. Failure to make payment by the specified date will mean the full price of the seminar is due. Only one discount/special offer can be applied per booking.

Payment

Can be made by credit card or PayPal. Your booking will only be secured upon REN International receiving payment. We have a limited number of places available. Please book early to avoid disappointment. If we have not received full payment, we reserve the right to offer your place to those on the waiting list. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes.

Early bird rates are contingent upon payment being received within 7 days of the registration date. All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value. All discounts are subject to approval. Please note the event fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation costs. REN International is not responsible for any visa or transportation issues. REN International reserves to right to refuse a registration.

Joining Instructions

Venue information will be sent to delegates by e-mail prior to the seminar. Please ensure you provide your current e-mail address on your booking form.

Cancellations

REN International does not provide refunds for cancellations made more than 7 days after your registration is received, therefore the invoiced fee remains payable in full. Should you wish to cancel your registration within the 7 day cooling off period, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of EUR250 (VAT inclusive) per delegate. Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email. REN International will endeavor to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to postpone or cancel this event (when full refunds will be issued). REN International is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alternation, postponement or cancellation of an event. See full terms and conditions on our website: www.ren-international.com.

It is the delegate’s responsibility (or their representative’s) to ensure all travel arrangements and time away from work have been agreed and are in place prior to making the booking.

REN International has the right to refuse/cancel a registration without giving a reason. The event fee shall in this case be fully refunded. REN International is not responsible to issue any invitation letters for the purpose of visa.

If the event cannot take place because of force majeure or for good cause (e.g. because of illness of the speaker or insufficient number of delegates), the delegates shall be informed immediately. The event fee shall in this case be fully refunded. No claims beyond this shall be entertained, especially for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs and lost working time.

REN International reserves the right to replace advertised speakers by others and to make necessary changes to the event program, preserving the overall character of the event.

On-Site Registration

Please Note: On-site registration / payment: EUR350 surcharge will be collected and no discounts are available.
